OnePlus 7T Pro

OnePlus 7T Pro Launched With Snapdragon 855+ & Better Cameras

OnePlus has finally launched the upgraded version of its flagship, the ‘OnePlus 7T Pro’. To our surprise, the OnePlus 7T Pro comes with negligible upgrades, nothing like we saw in the basic 7T upgrade. In other words, those who already own a OnePlus 7 Pro are not missing out on much.
OnePlus 7T Pro, following the traditions, also released a McLaren Edition of the phone that draws inspiration from the British motor racing team, McLaren.

Design and Display

Design-wise, OnePlus 7T Pro looks exactly like the OnePlus 7 Pro. The pop-up selfie camera mechanism is back, and it features the same notch-less display.

The McLaren edition, on the other hand, comes with a special carbon fiber case with Italian-made Alcantara. The casing has a unique paint job and the logo ‘McLaren’ printed at the bottom.

The display of OnePlus 7T Pro is what distinguishes it from the standard 7T. The 7T Pro features a 6.67-inch QHD+ OLED that curves around the edges. The notch-less display boasts an impressive 516 PPI pixel density, 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 Protection.

Internal and Storage

Internally, the OnePlus 7T Pro is powered by Snapdragon 855+ chipset combined with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB onboard storage. The 6/128GB and 12/256GB versions have been ditched. However, if you want a higher RAM, you can always opt for the McLaren edition that comes with 12 GB RAM.
As far as the software is concerned, it runs on Android 10 topped with OxygenOS 10 (latest version).

Cameras

At the back, the OnePlus 7T Pro boasts a triple sensor camera with 48 MP main sensor, 8 MP telephoto lens which has a longer focal length as compared to OnePlus 7 Pro, and a 16 MP ultra-wide sensor.
For selfies, the OnePlus 7T Pro features a 16 MP single sensor that sits in the motorized pop-up mechanism.

Battery and Pricing:

One of the biggest upgrades the OnePlus 7T Pro comes with is that its 4085 mAh battery is backed by Warp Charge 30T which is 23%faster than the basic 30W fast charging.
Both the editions will be available in the European market by 17th October. The OnePlus 7T Pro will set users back by €760 and the McLaren edition will cost €860.
